Whenever I print tax return, I got crashed, why?

Its a known issue.  Print to PDF and open the PDF outside of the tax program and print from there until they fix whatever happened in a recent update.  Its a hassle, but its better than the program constantly shutting down.

the very top one I see with that link is a QBO Advance Certification question...has nothing in the title about printing.

Sometimes refining a search to just one software or a limited time period does wonders for a search.  And other times Google is still your best friend.
