Can not Efile still says pending for varication of efile number what can I do?

Is this the first return you are trying to efile?  If so, you need to send your E-file application summary to Intuit.

yes it is. I did send it 3 days ago now. It still says pending

Try this link to verify if you have your EFIN on file with Intuit.  If not it is on to e-services to get verification.
