My client is having trouble resetting her password in Intuit Link. She gets green checks saying that her password meets the requirements, i.e., 8 or more characters, upper and lower case letters, use a number and use a symbol. However, there is pink box that pops up indicating "There was an issue on our end. Please refresh and try again." I told her to close her browser, relaunch the browser and try again. However, she received the same error message. What else could she do to reset her intuit link password?
