Issues with Intuit Link

I am currently working on 2024 tax returns and having clients use intuit link. I used Intuit Link last year for 2023 tax season. 

I can not see any of my clients from 2023 Intuit Link. I did change my email address last year and so my username changed. I tried using my previous username in Intuit link to see if I still had those 2023 records in that login but the login did not work. It did not recognize my previous username. 

When I go to send my clients a new invite for 2024 that were previous clients that used intuit link for 2023 tax season this is what it says. 

John's email (@gmail.com) is already in use with a different client.

Sending this invitation will create a separate list of requests for your client. They will be able to access both lists and complete the tasks that you’ve assigned.

Also when I try to send an invite through Pro Series it gives an error.
