Several of my clients are trying to use the Intuit Link and are confounded by the fact that it is requiring a password and will not accept the data emailed to them. I am aware that there have been problems if an individual has an Intuit account or has had one in the past and doesn't remember their password or login credentials. They are unable to fix the issue with the articles at Intuit.
Seems to me this system should be totally separate from any other Intuit account. Having to jump through all the hoops put in front of the client makes us look bad.
Please change the way this works.
