This has now happened twice now. Clients have claimed to upload numbers of documents but I can't see them. I can get to that client's link through Homebase, but there are no documents there. And they are not listed as clients in Intuit Link.
Some connection is not happening. They both showed me screenshots from there end, but I dont see any of that.
I've been using Link all season. There's been a few hiccups but nothing major and certainly not what you described. Good to know, though.
