I recently had my computer upgraded, have reinstalled ProSeries prior years 2022 and 2023. After logging into ProSeries, I get I/O Error 113 and message to contact proseries.com/support. I worked with an agent a few days ago to use Proseries Tool Hub, but that has not corrected my problem. Any suggestions?
Talk to the person that did your upgrade? Could be a drive issue.
Assuming this isnt installed on a virtual drive of some flavor, I "think" Ive seen this happen with an anti-virus conflict.....I would uninstall PS completely, restart the computer, then disable the anti virus and try a clean reinstall of PS
