    I cannot file my returns electronically. I am usinig pro series software. what can I do to start processing my returns

    I cannot submit tax returns through intuit.  how can I fix the problem

    Are they Alabama returns?  I've seen posts that there are *issues*.

    What happens when you try to convert and transmit a client file?

    everything converts but will not go through.  yes I am in Alabama.  The rejection tells me my software is not registered.  I registered the program when I downloaded

    Try relicensing by going to TOOLS and LICENSE products
