I purchased the Basic 50 Pro Series for this filing season. Today is my first time attempting to file my mother's return. I attempted to review a print and the message: You have use all the 50 individual returns included in your suite. Not true. I haven't use any of them...except for the one that I am attempting to bring closure.
I have checked my account and everything looks good. Last week, I had upload my entire system because of a malfunction. I reinstalled ProSeries 50 and everything was looking good. I also test print a page for connectivity. It's good.
One of the things that I DID NOT like is when transferring all of my clients from 2023, it is showing up on my 2024 screen. I guess this is a good feature, but what about those non returning clients?
I need to get this matter fixed as soon as possible. I am glad that I was able to test the system with my mother's low level return instead of the mad rush.
I think you need to call support as for help as to why it is saying you have used all your returns when you did not.
If you just hit transfer all then it would bring the non returning clients as well. If you went into 2023 and deleted the non returning clients then hit transfer you would only have active clients. Or you could have hit select all then unchecked the non returning.
You can highlight and delete individual clients from the homescreen - might take some time but you can get rid of them

I am having same issue. Also purchased 50 Individual Returns in Suite and shows 0 remaining, and haven't filed any yet. Was your issue easily resolved? I have about 10 returns completed ready to print/file.
I have same issue and have been waiting for resolve with customer service. What was process and how long did it take to fix?
Did anyone receive a resolution from these clowns? Facing same issue and their support says 24-48 business hours just wait. It's the F middle of tax season. Company is one of the most incompetent i've ever seen

My problem is similar. my computer crashed a few days ago. We had to get a new computer and i redownloaded the software. When i went to reopen all my clients; i believe it is double counting them towards by 20 total. You can see in my "authorization log" that i only have 7 returns that have been filed. So i really should have 13 credits.
Did anyone ever get a fix for this?
We had the hard drive go bad, and had to replace it back in April. I went to print a return over 3 weeks ago, and it's telling me I used all 50. I've only used 41. I called in and got the 24/48 hours and we'll call you back lie. I've called back 4 times since, and get nothing but the same lie over and over. I have returns that need to get filed before extensions end, and it doesn't look like anyone at Intuit cares. I've been buying this junk since the 90's, and support has never been great, but this is just too much.
Thinking it's time to buy another software.

Yes, they called me back from tech support and had to layer in patch. Simple fix/10 minutes. I had to delete file and they added new file.
