Did anyone ever get a fix for this?
We had the hard drive go bad, and had to replace it back in April. I went to print a return over 3 weeks ago, and it's telling me I used all 50. I've only used 41. I called in and got the 24/48 hours and we'll call you back lie. I've called back 4 times since, and get nothing but the same lie over and over. I have returns that need to get filed before extensions end, and it doesn't look like anyone at Intuit cares. I've been buying this junk since the 90's, and support has never been great, but this is just too much.
Thinking it's time to buy another software.
