I purchased the Basic 50 Pro Series for this filing season. Today is my first time attempting to file my mother's return. I attempted to review a print and the message: You have use all the 50 individual returns included in your suite. Not true. I haven't use any of them...except for the one that I am attempting to bring closure.
I have checked my account and everything looks good. Last week, I had upload my entire system because of a malfunction. I reinstalled ProSeries 50 and everything was looking good. I also test print a page for connectivity. It's good.
One of the things that I DID NOT like is when transferring all of my clients from 2023, it is showing up on my 2024 screen. I guess this is a good feature, but what about those non returning clients?
I need to get this matter fixed as soon as possible. I am glad that I was able to test the system with my mother's low level return instead of the mad rush.
I think you need to call support as for help as to why it is saying you have used all your returns when you did not.
If you just hit transfer all then it would bring the non returning clients as well. If you went into 2023 and deleted the non returning clients then hit transfer you would only have active clients. Or you could have hit select all then unchecked the non returning.
You can highlight and delete individual clients from the homescreen - might take some time but you can get rid of them
