I have a client that is a professional athlete and proconnect tax online is not correctly calculating the state taxes. I've called the help desk and they don't know how to help. Has anyone encountered this? I've used other programs successfully (TaxSlayer, Drake). Thank you!

Youve posted this as ProSeries Professional, but youre asking about ProConnect....can you please confirm the product youre using?
If its ProConnect I can move this post to the correct area.

It didn't give me the option for ProConnect, so if you can change it then I would appreciate it!
