Is this for an older client?  Do you have the box checked to use the 1040SR instead of the 1040?  Its on the federal information worksheet near the address line.

If you are checking your return for errors, you can go to FILE then PRINT and then just select PDF or PRINT PREVIEW to review the return you were completing.

Alternatively if you are looking for a blank 1040 you can pull that from irs.gov, here is a link to that blank 1040 form- https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040.pdf
