Where do I need to go to download the forms for 2017 I have a client that did not file ?

You can access 2017 by logging into your My Account page and clicking on "Prior Years."

@Intuit Katie  - Questions about prior years are pretty common here.  We tend to tell them to go to their account to download the products.  However the one thing I don't know is, if they are a new user to the program and obviously haven't purchased the product in the past can they simply go to their account to download or do they need to go through customer service to have access to the prior programs?

Great question! Usually, a new user can log in to their account and see the prior years. In rare cases the prior year does not show automatically, but the Customer Service team would be able to resolve that fairly easily.
