@Intuit Katie  - Questions about prior years are pretty common here.  We tend to tell them to go to their account to download the products.  However the one thing I don't know is, if they are a new user to the program and obviously haven't purchased the product in the past can they simply go to their account to download or do they need to go through customer service to have access to the prior programs?
