Form 1045

Is anyone else having a problem with Form 1045 sparatically generating with a return? No data, just the form!!!

Yes, but when no NOL is present it generates with no data of course but not sure why it generates for printing.

I havent noticed it pop up in any of my returns...that being said, if it did show up in the list of forms in use, and didnt have a red error mark next to it, I may have missed that it was there.....is it printing out with the returns?

Yes, it is printing with client and preparer copy. I have to manually remove it within the program and preview print before printing.
