Every so often my firm information is disappearing. At random times. Random information goes missing. Today it was everything. Anyone else having this issue. I've noticed in the past if I logged out and got back in, it all reappeared. Right now that isn't working. Anyone have any suggestions because right now is not the time for me to have to keep reentering all my info? Last night I had to put in my ERO info. HELP!!

I am having the same problem, tried shutting off the program and the computer but my firm information is still blank. Please reply if you know how to correct this. Thank you
