I see this has happened to others in prior years. When I try to e-file, I get the message "Feature requires Fast Path validation check - connect to internet". I am connected to the internet - I have already e-filed 4 returns - my license has been validated under Tools and it is current. Help!!!

You may need to Repair Updates, rather than just Update Products. Go to the Windows Start menu and find ProSeries 2022, under it will be a Repair Updates option, try that.

I called Support this morning and after 38 minutes on the phone (a lot of the time on hold), they used Glance and went through the license verification again for me.
I e-filed about three more returns afterwards and then I got the message again, so repeated the same process.
Not liking this when the software costs so much.
