Anyone had any errors with the eSignature on the final screen when you move to DocuSign?
I received box with error message in a red box - "Unable to send eSignature request . Please try again later. Contact Customer support if the problem persists." Are they having issues with the KBA ?
Called Proseries and they were unable to figure out the problem.

I am having issues also. The screen pops up with "Request not sent. Something on our end isn't working. Please try again after some time." Seriously? Started last night and still going today. We are on a network and the other computer cannot send a request either, same result.
The system is not even allowing an attachment for an Engagement Letter - and then the error message says contact support.
Today if Feb 11 and I still can't print of file MD 502 forms. Anyone else still getting a line of B.S. from Intuit on this?
E-signature back to working all of a sudden last night, so far so good today.
