Why this error message only on business returns, not 1040's. How do I correct? ERO pin is entered correctly.

- I am having a similar issue. I’m using Basic Pro Series for all my returns except for a few business returns which I have the Professional ProSeries doing PPR. No issues on the Basic but I’m getting that same error on the Professional software.
