I submitted change of address and organization structure to IRS. Submitted info to Intuit. Received Intuit email that my EFIN submission was approved and verified. I signed on to ProSeries, selected Tools, Options, Firm/Preparer Info. Address has not changed. When I select Business Personal Name Update Tool link and sign in to Intuit, there is no Tool. When I select the EIN management tab, all info is grey. My EFIN approval date is 2015.
I need the EFIN info corrected for printing tax returns.
