I have double-checked all my ID #s, reinstalled the software, and re-transferred the client files.
The client name on the preparation screen is pinked out, and says it doesn't recognize my ERO #.
I have been using this software for 10 years and nothing in my registration has ever changed.
I had to re-register my EFIN with Intuit a year or 2 ago, sounds like you may be in the same boat.
If TOOLS > License Products doesnt pull it in.....
I had to reregister this year because I did a typo when I installed 2025 (first time I remember being asked for my EFIN when installing). I wound up having to delete and reinstall making sure I put the correct EFIN, and up load my accepted EFIN info to my account.
