You're employee has their own EFIN or PTIN ?
Have both , PTIN and EFIN
Did you go through the registration process with ProSeries for the employee EFIN? If not, you'll need to contact support.
I think ProSeries is set up for only ONE EFIN (for the business, not the individual); so you can't use more than one.
Offhand, why would you want to use multiple EFINs anyways? Everything filed under your EFIN should be fine.
