I have efiled numerous returns to ProSeries which should have been transmitted to the IRS
by ProSeries on February 12.
I have not received any acknowledgements of receipt by the IRS.
When I check status for a submitted return I get "No Valid Return EF Center Record Exists for
this SSN/EIN(***)"
Anyone else experiencing this situation or know what is happening to the submitted returns?
ProSeries says "ok" after submitting.

Highlight the returns then choose Update Acks of Selected Returns, not the regular receive acks, see if that pulls them in.
Or you could be having the issues described in a recent program alert

the information in the article. No resolution so far.
