EFILING - 2022 Entity returns

Good news.. I have been filing 1120 extensions this morning.. going through fine and receiving acknowledgments within minutes. Will work on 1120S extensions next.

But it's only January 17th, why are you needing to prepare multiple corporate extensions so soon?

I actually have some corporate and partnership returns completely done already.. I like to file extensions for all my entity clients even if it is early or I have the actual return done.  The heavy 1040 season starts soon and I just like to know extensions have been filed for entity returns in case some of the entity full returns are not done in time and I don't have to file the extensions in the tax season crunch.
