So I did something dumb and tried to move my PS Pro files to the same directory as my PS Basic files to get them all in one place. After realizing that it was causing duplicate EIN/SSN errors, I moved them back. Now, I still have Duplicate SSN/EIN messages. When I click the Fix Duplicate SSN/EIN link and select the one I want to remove (which is the one created in the Basic file location), I get an error saying that "A client file that displays 'Yes' in the 'E-Filed or Ready to EF' column cannot be removed." It has already been e-filed and accepted by the IRS. Any suggestions (other than don't try to move files again)? Thanks!!
