Docusign Client Questions

I have done 4 2025 individual tax returns and two of my clients are having problems with Docusign accepting their answers which they say are very easy.  I have resent the Docusign email to them but still not being accepted to the point that one of my clients after 3 tries was told by Docusign that her name could not be found.  We ended up mailing her return.  Frustrating!!  Is there a workaround to the Docusign e-signature process to be able to e-file?  I am a Pro Series Basic user.

Give the client the tax return and efile documents outside of Docusign.

Have them sign and return the forms to you.

Then efile.

DocuSign has not worked for 2 days now. I also have clients who can't get verified - ironically they were verified for the past two years!! I create a pdf of the efile forms and send directly through my DocuSign account. It's working, I've sent 3 today and got one completed.
