Do both spouses have income (double check that you have any W-2 or Schedule C's assigned to the correct person)?
Did you enter the amount in both the Info page and the 2441?
Does the amount in Box 10 of the W-2 exceed the total amount paid for child care?
Did you check the box on the 2441 indicating the taxpayer was in the US?
