I have ProSeries Basic. My hard drive bit the dust. Does Intuit have my data from this year and previous years, too? Every time I use it, I have to log in. They must be able to retrieve my client's data, right? Please? It was only on my hard drive. No backup copies. I have been working many hours for well ove r a year, and meant to do it when I had more time. Obviously, that will be done every return every time now. But please tell me there is a way for Intuit to help me? I paid them $1,500 a year for the software.

Nope - Intuit doesn't keep any back-ups of your info. I'm so sorry for you...
You can try a local IT company as they often can retrieve info from a "dead" hard drive.
Good luck.
