Client letters

I'm trying to print client letters with returns but I don't see "Control Which Letters Print" in Print Options.

Open any client....

Tools/letters/print with return setup 

That should get you what you are looking for.

You need to click the Global Print Options button in the top left corner of the window to see the Letters
