Our firm is considering using e-signatures via ProSeries. It's my understanding that client will receive e-signature requests via our firm's email address, but clients won't be able to reply to the email with questions, etc. Can someone confirm? Thanks!

Actually, we just tried with one of our clients, and it appears that the email comes from whomever is sending the message, not a singular email address. In addition, clients are able to reply to the email within Outlooks, etc.

I don't use it, but that would make sense.
