Client checklist

For 2021, the Client Checklist is again not working for all clients.  I used the email batch feature for about 80 clients.  Failed for about 20%, worked fine for the rest.  Can't send the failed ones even singly.  Can't see any pattern to why the ones that failed, failed.  Using ProSeries wPro.2021.07.00.12 network version and my email client is Outlook Microsoft 365 apps subscription Version 2201 (Build 14827.20158).

Anyone know why some would fail when most do not fail?
