I know I ask a lot of questions. As you may have notices, I am not a CPA, i am a retired Social Worker. having left Social Services, working in Nursing Homes for the last 30 years and we a;; know the last 2 and half have been extremely rough .

If a family of  who currently has  an AGI 158K. Baby girl was born 2021.i know 150k is the magic number.  Child tax credit cannot be taken, correct. would the daycare expenses help? this is my niece so this is the only info I have. she is not my client, yet.
