I am the print person and I can't print many returns cuase it crashes on every other one. My What gives??

every other return crashes. It's very annoying and unproductive. How does it get fixed

When you are picking your clients to print, skip every other one?  Or follow the advice of those below.

Can you print to PDF, then open the PDF file and print it?

Hopefully fixed tomorrow.  If you can't wait search the forum for solutions based off if you are a Windows 10 or a Windoews 7 user.
