I can't login in Proseries, getting following message: "Your firm administrator needs to grant you access". I'm the firm/administrator, only 1 user, and using the same laptop for years. I've been using Proseries for weeks without any issue until today. I think I updated the products 3-4 days ago.
Any ideas how to fix this issue.
Notes:
- I tried an online recommendation to modify the protax20.exe file but it did not work.
- Any thoughts about re-installing Proseries in other computer having no accces to backup functionality?
