Use the Preparer Note to add anything you with transmitted with the return

F6  pn will bring up the preparer notes page

enter a description will open a page for you to add your information and reference a form and line #

Goto Forms bar and scroll way over to right end.  Then choose elections and forgo carryback which is like the 3rd election down.
