Can I change my mailing address that prints on my customer invoices? My company address that is tied to my EFIN is my physical address and I can't receive mail at that address. I use a PO Box to receive mail and would like it to appear on invoices.

You can Edit the Invoice.  Open a client return, Tools > Billing >Edit Invoice make the changes, then save on exit.

I'm using Lacerte and do not have the Billing option under Tools. Is there another place to make this change?

I followed the Tools/Billing but was not able to see Edit Invoice.  In either the EF client view or an individual client.  I am simply trying to change the phone number on the client invoices.

I think that pulls from the Tax Preparer Info section, but you could go directly to the Invoice and edit it

Open any client file   Tools > Billing > Edit Invoice
