I downloaded BasWin22 successfully in December and it seemed to be working fine until after I ran "update installed products" on Jan 24. Now BasWin22 routinely crashes after entering log-in and security code.
I spent 2 hours on the phone with Intuit tech support last night (Jan 26), but to no avail. He told me to contact my I/T guy for help. He says he suspects something in my Windows system that is preventing BasWin from opening. I have already run "repair updates" and did all the tasks that were listed on the help page (linked to the crash notice box).
Any suggestions? Or shall I just wait for my I/T guy (next week).?
