amended return

customer worked in 4 states and paid  state income tax and had refunds in 2 of these states,  the program did not electronicaly file 2 states, la and md  hiot do i do an amended return

Efile or not, amending is pretty much the same...Intuit only allows a handful of states to Efile amendments anyhow, so you'll probably be filing those by paper.

My guess is that the program did what you told it to do instead of doing what you wanted it to do. Both LA and MD can be filed all on there own. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/individual/help/ef-atlas-federal-state-ef-method-standalone-...

You should be able to just go ahead and e-file those two. @Just-Lisa-Now-  should be able to help with that how to for ProSeries.
