2018 price increase?? Has anyone else looked into other software companies...I really don't like the price increases year after year.

The price for Basic on the website for 1st time users is $699.  My quote (I think) was $990 for 2018 Basic 50.  Holy cow!....so as a loyal returning customer for many, many years, I get "penalized" by $300??  Don't get it.  My credit card was hacked, so I missed the renewal quote and they won't honor it for me....

New customer pricing is discounted in effort to assist with the conversion process, the fact the office needs to be trained in new software and to offset that learning curve.  That being said I don't know all the details around your particular situation but I will pull your account based off of your login here to see if we can assist further.
