When ProConnect is keeping track of time spent on a tax return, does that include idle time (if the return is left open and not being actively worked on)?
That's disappointing. You would think that it would be intuitive enough to know when you were thinking about a return while you were out having a smoke vs just playing Solitaire on your computer.
