When I'm entering the info from an Amended Return, Proconnect is calculating the tax differently than the original return.

I'm adding a 5329 for for excess IRA contributions, there is no change in income/deductions. I'm expecting the additional tax of $360 and $720 for 2019 and 2020 respectively.  However, when I enter income, deductions, etc...2019 is calculating tax $9 higher and $8 higher for 2020.  Prior returns were filed in TurboTax and by another CPA.  I know there is an option to override the tax amount and I'm highly considering doing that.

BINGO!  Thank you so much.  Both years are matching now!  This rookie did not realize how much of a pain amended returns are!
