What the Hell? ProConnect 2013-2016 disappeared at 7:45 MST ON November 15, 2024 NOT AFTER November 15, 2024? What say you big wigs??? I know I am last minute but I am still combing through!

It does sound like you are being charged a late filing fee, when you intended to file on time and they adjusted their watch without warning. Give them a call and report back with what you hear.
BTW - You should create a pdf copy of every return you file, right after you e-file it. You should also lock the return right away. You should keep those pdf returns on a backup, with the expectation that something with PCT will be messed up at any time. Trust yourself more than Intuit.
Well, customer service had no idea and said there was nobody to escalate to nor anything that could be done about it.
I was just verifying that I had printed everything so not all was lost, but I don't like my software company giving bad information like this!
When the email says, and I quote,
Then it should not be purged in the morning of November 15, 2024. Maybe it was India time???
Hi @LKRCPA. Thank you for your report on this topic. The data has been restored and you can expect the returns to be removed after this weekend. See this article: How do I print or save a return to PDF in ProConnect Tax?
Hope this helps!

Restored on a Friday evening? Unless it is still available all of Monday, restoring it for only the weekend doesn't make up for screwing it up for today.

This is NOT ProSeries. This is ProConnect and the program will not even be available for those years 2013-2016. Restoring will only give the user an ability to print to pdf, so they have some reference. They will need to get the free prior years of ProSeries, if they want to actually input and file returns.

Yes, I know. But Intuit restoring ProConnect for only the weekend (likely non-business days) doesn't really make up for removing it a day early, if the OP isn't working this weekend.
