I tried to have a live chat via PTO Digital Assistant but it seems it has been disconnected. Is that correct?
It seems so. I have been trying for a couple days and just get a perpetual "Connecting you to a Digital Assistant..." pop up. I'm not sure how to get assistance at this point.
Edit: I called technical support and it looks like my browser (Safari) is not the best browser. They recommend Chrome.

FYI, I am using Chrome and still cannot do a live chat. May I know what number that you called and they have a person to talk to? Thanks for your reply.

Thanks for the update @The Real Halloween. Are you on Chrome? If so- try clearing cache and cookies. Launch the ProConnect Assistant again, if you get the same message, please take a screenshot and share it on this thread. Here's how you can Use Snipping Tool on Windows. Keep me updated!
All of the ways, including the phone number were in the link I posted earlier. You should bookmark it so you can refer to it. I just connect via digital assistant. The phone # and hours are in this link.
