I am trying to send an esignature request to a client - this has been working fine all day. However, for this particular client, it is not allowing me to select the authentication method (knowledge base, access code, etc.) Any reason why this would not be giving me an option? I can continue on all the way through until ready to send, which I haven't done, so I'm not sure why this is not available for this particular client. Thoughts?

I figured out that authentication method selection is only allowed for returning clients. How to mark a client to be returning client, and whether it is ethical to do so, I do not know. Please read my signature.
