EFIN registration

How long does it typically takes for the EFIN registration to be reviewed and completed. Will they call or email about the status. It's been 3 days going on 4 that I've been waiting, and the website says that it only takes up to 2 days to verify. Can anyone give me a better time frame on how long it takes? How can i expedite if i don't hear anything by tomorrow?

To get an EFIN from the IRS? Typical timeframe is 45 days, sometimes longer.

To get your EFIN processed by Intuit? If it doesn't come through today, it's probably worth calling about. This is a busy time, though - I think my update took 3 days to post in November.

Hi @Goodburger18 , EFIN registration normally completes within 24-48 hours or so depending on when we receive the response from the IRS.  If you are still having issues, however, please contact Proconnect Support and we can look in the system to see your status.  Approval or denial notifications come out via email message to the master admin email on the account.
