The IRS said that ProConnect was an authorized filer for 2022, 2023 and 2024 forms 990N. We have a subscription but how do I go about doing that?

If you have 2025 user access, you will go into proconnect to the tax returns screen. The year at the top will say "2025", change it to "2024" or which ever you need and proceed with creating the return you need. It will pull the credits from your 2025 return credits.
