We are new to ProConnect. We have paid for two users. There is currently one user listed. We try to add a user with advanced admin access and the program gives an error message stating we have exceeded the number of users

We had a known issue with user access that was fixed on today. If you are still having issues with assigning your advanced users, please contact our support line.
