Accidently posted in the wrong forum
Correct forum: https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/proseries-tax-discussions/discussion/re-client-checklist-for...
I was directed to post here so the developers could see the issue directly from support.

There is a new forum to post program issues. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/proconnect-tax-idea-exchange/idb-p/605
Have you contacted support yet to see if this has a resolution? https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/taxation/help/how-to-contact-proconnect-tax-online-for-help/...
Hi - support asked me to post it here.
Hmmm? Support is pointing many things here. You are now posting in a forum for other users to help share their experiences. If the program is creating an Unexpected Behavior, only the support staff has an ability to solve it.
@itonewbie is our resident pro on all things ProConnect. Possibly he can offer some info.
Yes - this is a multi year problem that I have attempted to solve every year through support.
It looks to be a user interface issue with white space and formatting issues.
No matter how the form is edited it changes the line breaks and spacing and I've ran into it for at least 4 years. The previous years I've been able to work with it and eventually get a mass mail out with the proper coding but this year seems to be impossible. It keeps smashing the formatting into a single paragraph no matter what is done (Saving to all clients) e-mailing etc. When you go to edit the format block, it expands the line breaks to the correct "look" but then when saving, it smashes it back.
Looks to be a program fault and I'm surprised that I can't search here to find others with the same problem.
Unfortunately there are not many users of ProConnect activity here. Another option is Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/1529270910639612/

I just realized when trying to create this original thread the lable thing was telling me to add a lable.... which errored, then flood protected over and over then the content box would complain I have html coding... etc etc and when I finally got the thing to post.. it was not a lable, but predefined "Module" I was to select which I then selected the wrong one.
You're right, I'm wrong this is in the wrong forum.

OMG - Seriously? SERIOUSLY ?!?!!!??!
@IntuitAustin That is just friggin' ridiculous. Even tho I am no longer an AllStar, and I'm not a CHAMP (at least not according to Inuit's rules) that is beyond comprehension. Intuit really wants to pass off all support questions to us volunteers to handle.
HEY, where's my free software ?
You seem to have this in ProSeries, too; I put the Ideas Exchange links there for your Submittal:
No need to keep starting topics on the same subject, but it helps to post things in the area that applies to the program and the issue.
This was my first post. I"ve edited the original thread to clarify.
I've posted this very same content to the correct forum as directed by support.
There is a need to post it in the correct forum which I've done and updated that here.
