I am trying to update my firm address in Proseries. I have updated it with the IRS. The article I read said to log into Proconnect and click on services, then click on EFIN registration update. I did that. It says that I am unable to register EFIN because I don't have the appropriate permissions. Consult my administrator. I am a sole practitioner, with no employees. So I am the administrator. What do I need to do?

ProConnect is a software different from ProSeries.
